Hi Sunil, What is the current property rate is going on for Pristine Equilife Homes, Balewadi, Pune? It is worth buying property at this rate? Kindly share your input...

Hello Chandra, The rate is quite competitive at 4800/sq-ft. I agree that under construction property is a risky affair. However if you look at Paranjape Blue Ridge and Naiknavare Avon Vista located in the same vicinity have rates much higher than lots of projects that falls under PMC. So, as per me you can go for it as the price is reasonable.

Yes, and due to Mahalunge and Sus areas close proximity with Baner and Balewadi and a part of this area is already under Smart City programme and its potential in PMC in next couple of years, the rates are going to be on a higher side unlike any ordinary village.

Hi Vikrant, As per developer, possession date is Dec 2018. But its official site says Possession Date - On Request. Thus not clear and will be told randomly to prospective customers. Also the price is not at all cheap for a village not coming under either PMC-PCMC.
