Latest Answer: Hello Rohini, Do your all due diligence before booking your dream home in Shagun Perfect 10 by Shagun Developers in Balewadi, Pune. I am also planning to book a 2BHK Flat at B2 Bldg, but the salesperson is not ready to comment on the possession period. When I visited the site for the first time they said it would be ready by Dec 2017 or max Jan 2018. But then after one week, they told me that Mar 2018 is the final date of completion. As of 15th May 2017, B2 progress is 4th Slab work is in progress, how will they be able to give by Mar 2018 considering May to July is the rainy season and the construction does get slower. I am still a little bit confused.

Latest Answer: Hi Anup, Some societies are getting water. Warje plant is not going to complete immediately & after it does, the water first will be given to areas around Warje, Bavdhan, Pashan. Earlier, builders here were saying that water will come from Aundh. Now its Warje. Tomorrow it will be Vadgaon. And this water issue is going on for past more than 10 years. Now its your call.

Latest Answer: Hi Rajiv, I am one of the owner of flat in Shagun Perfect 10, Balewadi, Pune. Builder is asking for maintenance charges from owners from March 2017. We are facing many difficulties from the beginning of our flat possession. Main door laminate is the worst. Polished applied on all doors in the flat is of bad quality and it has started coming out by simple cleaning by cloth. Apart from that, claims of quality made by sales and engineering team, all becoming false by each passing day and I am loosing trust in the claim and in this project.
