One of my colleague has recently visited Nisarg, he had a wonderful experience out there. The flats are extremely luxurious and spacious. Road connectivity is good. You can visit at Nisarg once for sure.

Aditya Nisarg Palms by Aditya BUilders located at Bavdhan, Pune is offering 3bhk fats from 1465-1600 sq-ft. and its current rate is 7000 per sq-ft. all including. As you are saying that you have a joint family, then you must visit the project site and check the size of the flat then proceed further.

Yes, i am agree with Mr. Ajitabh. You should visit the project site and see the construction of the flat, sizes of the 3BHK, check the project connectivity to the other parts of the city, check if there any neighbourhood issue, check the electricity and water connection and daily basic amenities from the project site and then go for it. After all its matter of your hard earned money.
