Hi Nikhil, Project is strategically located between Balewadi and Baner. This is the first area in Pune, selected for Smart City Project. It has close proximity to work places like Hinjewadi, Wakad and Baner. All the daily basic amenities such as schools, colleges, hospitals, malls, banks etc are within easy driving distance.
As per the developer, its possession date will be December 2017 but i visited the project site no of times and talked to sales person straight away. As per sales person, it would take till March 2018.
HI Sneha, If you are planning to buy a flat in Perfect 10, Balewadi, Pune. Then i would like to give you some information about the locality. The Baner-Balewadi area may be a hub of development, but basic amenities such as water supply are still sadly, despite ample supply in the dams. Even Bombay High Court (HC) issued a warning to the Pune Municipal Corporation over its discriminatory approach and ordered that no new construction was to be allowed in the area, unless the civic body takes concrete steps towards tackling the acute water shortage. So, visit the project site and check all those issues then proceed.
Hi Abhijit, Are you resident of Balewadi? What are the location advantages of this project? When is the expected date of possession? Anyone inquired recently, are you getting same timeline or it has been extended?
Hi Sana, They are offering current rate in Perfect 10 is 5800 per sq.ft. Sizes are available in 2 BHK from 1010 - 1095 sq-ft for 76L and 72L respectively. I am planning to book. Any suggestions?
