An under-construction project located in central Silk Board, Pebble Bay by The Advantage Raheja is worth investing in as it they provide good features and facilities and also the apartments are surrounded by proper greenery. The amenities they have are Landscaped gardens, Grand entrance lobby, CCTV in common areas, play area for kids, Jogging track, Swimming pool, swimming pool for kids, Gymnasium, Meditation room, Multipurpose hall and Indoor games area. So, it will never be a waste of money if one will invest in Pebble Bay apartments.

Windchimes on Bannerghatta main road by Mahindra Lifespaces is a good option if you ask my opinion. I went there recently and was amazed with the construction quality and the area. The property is a nice option if you are keen on the amenities, and also the location. They are offering amenities like pool, amphitheatre, outdoor sports and other recreations at affordable prices. Mahindra has a good name in the market for timely delivery of projects, their paperwork and other permissions are also in place. So you can be rest assured, nothing can go wrong.
