Really, can you share some transparent deal with the buyers? I have only bad experience with them. And not only me those who have invested in their residential plot projects are still waiting for their plot possession. Those who have canceled their booking are still waiting for their refund amount.

Hello Snehal,
Do you think that those who have given their feedback on multiple forum sites are not genuine buyers? And those messages which are only appreciating the builder are from their own team. Buyers have no time to post such big post. There are many court cases and FIR filed against the builder in Consumer Court as well as in Pune Police Station.
