Latest Answer: Yes, these guys are selling plots in agree land for which the registration itself is illegal and they also sell plots on lands which are reserved for something or which have many restrictions on the use of land. You can find them selling such plots at throwaway prices in Hinjewadi in Green Zones. So, stay away from such builders and save your hard-earned money.

And not only me those who have invested in their residential plot projects are still waiting for their plot possession. Those who have canceled their booking are still waiting for their refund amount.

Builder is desperately trying to revive his image on this forum. You are either a well-wisher of this builder or the builder himself. Your statement Sairung is the only developer I saw that gives 5 years emi option in a project in Hinjewadi. clearly indicate who you are. But let me tell all forum members here that if you do not want to have difficult time in your life then please stay away from Sairung. This is the most unprofessional builder.

Q:Sairung's CMD Malik Saab helpd me when I was in worst position of my lyf with urgent need of money due to recession in 2008. I contacted Malik Saab and told him I need his help to sell the plot I bought from in 2006. He assured me that payment will be released in 60 days with current market rate. I was still worried. But I was so surprise when I got a call from sairung 45 days later saying they have found buyer and that payment will be made fast. I received the entire amount in DD at the time of registration. I am forever thankful to sairung.

I booked farmhouse plot in their Green Meadows project in September 2014. They gave me allotment letter & payment receipt. They commitment that the registration will be done immediately & collected 100% money but till now no registration. Then signed MOU after multiple follow-up. In Jan 2015 they said due to recent law change, we can’t do registration & agreed to refund my money. But kept delaying payment. After police complaint they signed cancellation agreement & issued cheques. Initial small amount cheque was cleared. Then there was series of cheque bounce. Finally, I did file case against Sairang Developers under sec-138 in April 2015. The cases are still in court & so far the chairman K.R.Malik haven’t reported in court, last two times he has give health issue as reason. Sairang has already spoiled my 2 yrs & i don’t know how much time is required for Justice.
Q:Hi,I am planning to buy 2157 square feet plot (about 2 guntha) in Sairung Victoria located in Hinjwadi-2. The cost of the plot is 16 Lacs. Currently the land is agriculture land. My specific query is1) Is it worth investing with Sairung?2) Whether the property bears legal clearance?3) Sairung is expecting to deposit whole amount within one month of closure of the deal and later on commitment of handover of developed plot within six months of closure of the deal. Is it feasible?4) What are the prospectus of appreciation?5) Whether loan is feasible on this property? 6) Having given to understand that agriculture land can be purchased by only the person possessing farmer status.
