Hi,
My unit is in KM 33. All the work has done except painting or finishing touch of Balcony area. FMG is telling now resource is not available. It will be done when resource will be available. Did FMG complete the painting of Balcony area for our unit?

Hi Harsh,
This jaypee crook has spoiled lives of many peoples who invested their hard earn money in just to have decent place for living. It seems this waiting will never be over, even phase second handover they drag till end of 2018, and rest of the phases god knows will be delivered or not.

Hi Anand,
I visited Kosmos sec 134 and discussed with site manager and workers. They have got payment and they have start working again. For tower 30 update, Lift is fitted and tested, expecting by september civil work will be completed.

    i had booked a flat in 2008 in Km 15 tower. Till 2012 paid 95% money to jaypee. Inspite of having 10 dates no possesion.
