Latest Answer: Hi, My unit is in KM 33. All the work has done except painting or finishing touch of Balcony area. FMG is telling now resource is not available. It will be done when resource will be available. Did FMG complete the painting of Balcony area for our unit?

i had booked a flat in 2008 in Km 15 tower. Till 2012 paid 95% money to jaypee. Inspite of having 10 dates no possesion.

Latest Answer: Jaypee NCLT insolvency proceedings are on. My flat is in KM 72. I am taking legal action. SMS or warsapp me on 9810245895.collective legal action would be more fruitful

Before buying any property check out all the legal papers, if possible involved a lawyer, check the connectivity and the approach road, daily basic amenities from the project site, location advantages, check the construction materials used in the project, check if there is any civic issue in the locality and then proceed. Latest Answer: Hi all!!! I received offer of possession for my apartment in JP Greens KOSMOS recently. But they are asking for electric meter charges and they are asking for this payment at the time of submission of all docs for registration of sub-lease deed. I still have to pay my final installment to JP for my flat.

Q: Hello, I just want to know the progress for JAYPEE Kosmos tower 2 & also wants to know the expected possession date for the same. I am confused whether Jaypee's project is a good choice or I had make mistake. I don't understand why they are delaying the project.

Latest Answer: i am one buyer of jaypee kosmos, got loan sanctioned form Bank of baroda. now bank has charged 2% penalty on asking the reason they replied that since due period of time is over and flat is still not in my possession. could anyone pl tell me what should i do now???
