Buying resale flat before registration

Q: When buying resale project from seller S where agreement was done between S and Builder B, but registration is not yet done. In the new agreement signed between buyer B and S, what should be the amount? Buyer is refused to quote agreed amount in the new agreement. What are the issues associated while mentioning new agreed amount.

Hello Ram,
The amount which has done final between the seller and you should be mentioned in the Registration. On that amount, you have to pay Stamp Duty and Registration Charges. Still, i would suggest you take the help of a legal expert in this matter.
