Hi Sanjana,
Looking at the current scenario of real estate market, it is a better idea to invest or buy a property in and around Ghodbunder Road. As the real estate market is going through a boom period, investing in property is a good option. Moreover localities in and around Ghodbunder road have also experienced an price appreciation in recent times Though cannot guarantee about future prospects becoz it purely depends on market factors and its impact on real estate.

Thanks for the info provided about the connectivity. Want to know if it is a good idea to buy a property in this project or anywhere in Ghodbunder Road. Is there any chances of price getting appreciated in near future.

Actually they are quoting Rs.7050 as rate per sqft. The project is offering some good amenities to the customer like jogging track, health facilities, swimming pool, club house, RWH, 24 hrs water, Elegant lobby, 100% standby power and much more. In my view this is the right time to buy the property because the real estate market is good.

Also looking into the connectivity point of view seems like it is worth buying a flat in this project. As the project is located at a prime locality in Ghodbunder Road, it has excellent connectivity with Western Express Highway and Eastern Express Highway. Thane station is just 7 kms, airport is approx 27 kms, Borivli and other western suburbs of Mumbai is 23 kms and BKC is located at a distance of approx 32 kms from Balaji Trinity Heights.

Hi Sankalp,
Yes only 1 and 2 BHK flats are only available in this project. They dont have any 3 BHK flats here. The price for 2 BHK range from Rs. 65 lakh onwards and it has an area of 940 sqft.

By the way want to know what is the rate they are quoting per sqft and what about the amenities provided. Is it worth buying taking the price into consideration or should I wait for the prices to go down. Please suggest me regarding this matter.

Hi Lalit,
I have booked a 1 BHK flat in Balaji Heights 6 months back. Paid a visit to the site to know the status and came to know that possession will take place around mid 2016. The apartments have 24 floors and is situated at prime location of Thane west that is in Ghodbunder Road.

Heard that they have only 1 and 2 BHK unit in this project. Do they have any 3 BHK units in Balaji Trinity Heights. My requirement was for 3 BHK. No issues!!!! What is the area for 2 BHK and the price. Do let me know??
