Indya Estates The Green

Q: I am from Ahmedabad and I will be moving to Bangalore soon. Looking for places online I came across The Greens and I was happy because I finally saw apartments that I loved. I am not a 100% sure when I will be moving but I am excited about it. I hope my hopes are not for nothing.

Well Rama,
As far as project approval is concerned, Indya The Green Ph-2 is a BMRDA approved project and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering loan for it. Possession has started for it.

The Green Phase-2 by Indya Estates, located at Electronic City Phase-1, Bangalore is an ongoing project. It is offering 2 and 3 BHK residential flat. 2 BHK-695 sq-ft, 750 sq-ft, 800 sq-ft, 890 sq-ft and 3 BHK is available from - 1118 sq-ft, 1202 sq-ft. Its current asking rate is Rs.2875 per sq-ft.

What is the current status of this project? When are they offering possession for Phase-2? Are all approvals are in place? Which all banks and financial institutions are approved it for loan?

Hi Santosh,
What is your BHK configuration and budget? Are you looking for ready-to-move project or under construction? Buy only those properties which are under RERA registered. Those who are not registered under RERA, will be considered as illegal and some basic amenities such as water and electricity will be discontinued by local body.
