Well Nakul, I have read in somewhere that the properties in Electronic City do not have much appreciation although there are jobs, infrastructure in that area. 1st reason, The NICE road, and the elevated express highway enable people to travel from far away places in a relatively short period of time. Due to these roads, several people did not find it difficult to drive even from places like Nagarbhavi, or other parts of the city. Hence there is no mad rush of people building houses around ECity.
The only negative aspect of this project is that the project is not approved by the government authority. Check all the required documents and verify it by a legal expert and then go for it. According to RERA Act 2016, all the under construction projects should be registered with RERA otherwise, in absence of RERA approval, a property will be considered as illegal and all the basic amenities such as water and electricity have been discontinued.
