Hi, it is a great idea to buy a plot in Bangalore. Like Gagan has said the property in the main city is fast maturing now and it is good opportunity to buy a plot on the outskirts itself. However, if you are still looking for a plot in the city I would like to suggest you that better go for an apartment for security purposes and best amenities. One of the best projects in my area Bannerghatta is by Mahindra Lifespaces called Windchimes. I have looked at the sample flats it looks stunning.
Hi Folks, Why do not you visit once in the list of most profitable location of Bengalur? Nayandahalli is an emerging locality in Bangalore, owing to its metro connectivity to other parts of the city, the property rates and demand have risen in past few months. Currently, the average property price is Rs.4500 per sq-ft. and has witnessed an appreciation of 35 percent in the last 4 years. The property price rise due to recently opened metro route that connects this area to MG Road, Indira Nagar and other commercial destinations in the city. And it is expected that price will increase further.

Hi Kumar, I personally feel that areas away from the city are better right now to invest in Bangalore. Because the city itself getting saturated and leading to more disorder. Areas little far away from the city are developing and coming up with more reputed firms. Especially those areas near airport are developing at a fast pace. Chandapura, devenahalli, Anekal and Begur are good bet for long term investment point of view.
I agree with you Gagan. But apart from that areas under the North-Western belt are comparatively cheaper than most other areas of Bangalore. These areas are better because the residential areas are expanding and there are many industries and educational institutions exists. The connectivity is pretty good and and commuting time is lesser. It would be wise decision to invest in North-West part of Bangalore namely the areas off Tumkur Road.
