Hello Pappu,
Hennur is also a good choice for buying a plot. If you want to live in an area perfectly connected to Bangalore International Airport, this area offers the favorable proposition. Wide roads, ample flyovers and close proximity to the airport have made this area a worthy location in the eyes of the realtors in Bangalore. A number of infrastructural projects are in full swing and the investors can relax about the returns on investment, as this area has seen an exponential rise in the prices in the last few years.

Citrus Motown by Citrus Ventures Pvt Ltd is a ready-to-move-in project, located at Kolar Road, Bangalore. All the plots have been sold out. You can ask the nearby broker if there is any inventory available for resale. Sizes of the plots are available from 1726 - 4610 sqft and its per sqft rate are Rs.1500.

Hi,
Most of the peripheral areas are good for investment in Bangalore. IT Centric locations such as Whitefield, Sarjapur Road in East and Electronics City in the South are expected to give high returns due to rapid construction and upcoming metro. Northern areas such as Devanahalli and Yelahanka too have a good future are they are on a path to develop as IT hubs. Prices are pretty affordable right now. You can reap healthy returns by investing in these locations.

Yes, I am agreed with Aakash. A proposed IT SEZ in close proximity, close to prime locations such as Whitefield, Koramangala and Electronic city and abundance of schools, colleges, and corporate offices in surroundings make this area a goldmine for a person looking for a residential plot from an investment point of view. So, if you want to assure best returns by investing in a residential property this locality will be a good choice for future appreciation.
