You should look at Hoskote, here is why? It is located very close to Whitefield and other important IT hubs of the city. Just a year back, Hoskote had more than 200 industrial manufacturing units of international companies like Volvo, Honda etc. In the last 5 to 8 years, the real estate rates have appreciated by over 100% There are many good projects in this location as well.

According to me, Yelahanka is the second best place after Hoskote that lies in the north of the city, on the outskirts. The area has many defense establishments which make it a quiet and peaceful area to live in. Apart from this, there is a bank of undeveloped land which is being used for real estate development. Currently, the average price in Yelahanka is Rs 5000 per sqft and has witnessed an appreciation of 20% in the last 48 months.

Nayandahalli is the newest participant in the list of most profitable locations of Bengaluru. Owing to its metro connectivity to other parts of the city, the property rates and demand have risen in past few months. Currently, the average price in Nayandahalli is Rs 5,400 per sq ft and has witnessed an appreciation of 40% in the last 48 months. The property price rise is due to recently opened metro route that connects this area to MG Road, Indira Nagar and other commercial destinations in the city.
