Hello Aswin,
Yes, it is a RERA approved the project and its registration number is PR-KN-170731-000886.
And there are few 2 and 3 BHK are available for sale in Prima Hi Life, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore.

As far as builder reputation is concerned, They are the new to the real estate business in Bangalore. Till now they are only developing 2 projects and both are under construction.
