Does this project has a lot of water leakage or dampness issues Is it a quality investment at all

Q: Planning to buy a 2bhk in SJR park Vista. But it is on 8th floor and has some dampness around kitchen utility. Could anyone talk about if water leakage seepage dampness issues are very common with this project.

I did not see any such complaint against the builder and its project called Bren Park Vista, HSR Layout, Bangalore in any forum site. If there is any such issue with the project, buyers of the project will post negative reviews on it, either in consumer form or multiple forum sites. I think you should visit the project site before taking any decision.

Yes, I am agreed with Yogendra. Buyers are much more active now and they know where to put their complaint. And after RERA implementation, it is now builders headache to offer you possession on time. So better, visit the project site and clear all your points. I think its a good locality for investment. The area has huge potential for capital appreciation in the coming days due to the availability of IT professional in nearby areas.
