The revised completion date is given as December 2019. If these issues prevail than December 2018 possession date looks difficult. What your say?

As per RERA the CC is till 9th floor but the construction is completed till 10th floor. Is it because of that? Real Estate experts on TV said that getting approvals becomes an issue if there are irregularities at work site or when builder runs out of funds to pay the authorities and labours. Is this the concern?

After implementation of RERA, buyers are much more alert now and they do not want to take any risk in the future. And as per RERA if a project is getting delayed by its scheduled date, then builder have to pay the compensation for the delay at the rate of 10%.

Hello Mitesh,
Yes, this project is supposed to handover by December 2017 but still, construction work is going on. I contact the builder office for the delay and I did not get the satisfactory reply from them. They are simply saying that possession by December 2018.

Hi Ashish,
Triveni Contour, Borivali East, Mumbai is a MAHARERA approved project and its RERA Registration number is P51800005989. I think there is no approval issue with it, there is something like labor or material issue on the site.
