When is this project expected to be completed? Why are buyers filing for refund on RERA?
Q: Triveni Contour was supposed to be ready by Dec 2017 but it delayed and existing buyer have filed a complaint on RERA.

Looking to buy a flat in kaustubh platinum
Q: I would like to know if there are any issues with the builder, land related issues, legal matters, etc. That can put me in problem as I am thinking of buying 3BHK in A wing. Also does anyone know what is the inventory level.

Rate of VAT & service tax on Flat purchase in Borivali, Mumbai
Q: The total agreement value will be Rs.10000000/- approx. Builder has got CC but not OC. Now I would like to know what Rate of VAT and Service Tax is applicale and on which amount. I came to that since the builder got CC no VAT or Service Tax is payable. PL enlighten me the actual position of these inditrect taxes.........

For your information area of flat is 780 sq.ft Carpet and 873.6 is Built-up...

Latest Answer: Hello Sir, Service Tax and VAT are paid only for under construction properties. And Land cost is exempted from both these charges. A property is termed "under construction" till the builder receives a "completion certificate" from the relevant authorities. If the entire amount for the property purchase is paid after the receipt of a completion certificate, there would be no service tax levied on the purchase of the property.

Investment in Borivali East
Q: Should I invest in Kanakia aroha at this point. The current prelaunch offer is 12750 base price. Is it a good investment for next 3-5 yrs.
Also, Oberoi is going to come up with their project soon in this area, which would be a little expensive one.

Q: Hi, where is this project coming up and how is the locality?

Latest Answer: Kanakia Aroha is a premium project from Kanakia Group. Expected posession Dec 2017. The whole area is undergoing massive development. Oberoi group also has acquired a land from TATA group nearby for Rs 1,150 crs. Kanakia Aroha seems to be a very good project to invest or to live in.
