Can any one help whether Aryan Founttain Square Attibele is good to buy 3bhk flat or not

There are several reputed schools, educational institutions, markets, malls, hospitals and banks in Attibele.

Aryan Fountain Square, Attibele, Bangalore is a RERA approved project and its Registration number is PR-KN-170828-001515.
As far as the local body is concerned, BMRDA has approved it and almost all the banks and financial institutions are funding this project.
So, you can go for it as RERA approved the project only when all the necessary approvals from the local body and NOC from all concerned dept will be in place.

Sizes are available from 779 - 837 sq.ft in 2BHK and 924 sqft (Built-up area) and its per sqft rate is Rs.2800. Construction work has almost been finished and possession by March 2018.
