Q: I wanted to know whether Omshri Opulence is an genuine project with RERA or not. I wanted to buy 3BHK over here and can anyone tell me what will be the square foot price over here. How about the locality and near area facilities to run a family.

As far as project locality is concerned, Attibele is a booming locality of Bangalore which is home for most of the manufacturing and textile industries. Thanks for the reply Armaan. Which local body and financial institutions have approved it? How is the locality of Attibele? How is the project connectivity to the other parts of the city? How far is Kempegowda International Airport from the project site?
Hi Piyusha, Omshri Opulence, Attibele, Bangalore is a RERA approved project and its RERA Registration number is PR-KN-170820-001372. And its per square foot rate is Rs.2500. If you have a good bargaining tricks, then Rs 2400-2450 per square foot would be a good deal.
