I booked 1 BHK compact in this project last month, with late possession in September 2021. I have heard and read many reviews of different customers buying at different prices of same structure. I had booked 404 sq ft at 48.5 lac all inclusive. I continuously feel that I could have got better deal for the same price or this price should have been reduced to 40 lac. Is this the right deal or has someone got it in much less price?

Don't give false information are you a agent /maketing person of Lodha ? its almost 14.5 km fro Thane Station. first of all its not in Thane it self its in Bhivandi which is really worst place. so Lodha want to earn crores in Bhvandi they should sell this flats more cheaper than Palava.
they say its 15 minutes from Viviana Thane its almost 30 minutes in standard traffic.
