They are asking for unnecessary money

Q: I have to pay hd set-top,optical fibre cable charges and a gas connection charge of Rs 14000 while Gas Agencies are offering it for Rs6000??Shall I take any legal action against them?

Hello Arvind,
Check your agreement first before taking any legal action. Is there any such clause mentioned in your agreement that builder can ask you for Cable Charges and Gas connection? If not then you do not have to pay any such charges and if the builder is forcing you to pay then you can take the advice of a legal expert in this matter. I am sure, a property lawyer will help you in a right way.
