Pathetic service from builder ,Majestic Residency

Q: Most of them are given for rent and is damaged ,he never do any pending work on time ,also no finishing to any work ,owners are fighting with for each and everything ,quality of the fittings which are replaced because of the damage is very very poor .is this true.I heard this from several owners who bought directly from builder .

This is very risky place .Lot of illegal activities happen here ,temple is constructed illegally spoiling religious harmony. .

It seems they have completed around three projects. Is it same with all the project or the problem is with only Majestic Residency?

Yes ,it is pathetic .It is really unfortunate that I bought here .Association is not allowed to run properly by some corrupt people who support unlawful activities .Club house is all wet like a big toilet.

Many people advised me not to buy a flat in the project but I was I was eagerly waiting for some reviews from some of the the owner's of the project. Thanks Philip for sharing your views it will help me to take my decision.

I am an owner ,unfortunately I made the same mistake ,bought from builder ,what you said is correct ,he never do work on time ,once registration is done ,no one cares ,always better to buy from Land owner.They are good people .Actually I also same advice from several owners ,but neglected .
