Even I am planning to buy a property in GK Tropical Spring and my point of contact is Dilip. As everyone said, even I see a lot of bad reviews about the project. Does anyone from here booked in GK Tropical Spring and later canceled it.

What is the current status of this project and when are they giving possession? I heard a lot of bad new against the developer and its construction quality. Is it a trustable builder?

Hi Dushyant,
GK Tropical Springs, Chansandra is an under-construction project and getting delayed by more than a year. Those who have booked their flat in 2015 and canceled it due to personal reason are still waiting for their refund. Now, they are saying that the possession date is December 2018.
