well shriram is a waist and cheap builder..Never ever go with this builder..They are just cheaters..

Shriram Properties is a leading real estate developer in Bangalore. They have successfully delivered many projects in South India. They have a very good track record and almost all their project has been delivered on time Apart from that, both the project has KARERA approval so, I think you will get your possession on time. But before that do your all due diligence before booking your unit. Verify all the legal documents by a legal expert and then move.

On the other hand, If you booking a flat in Shriram Blue, you will get Rs.180 per sqft additional discounts for the first 199 customers while there are no such discounts and offer on Assetz Marq as it is almost a ready project and possession is on December this year.

Secondly, both projects are registered under RERA. Assetz Marq RERA Registration Number is PRM-KA-RERA-1251-446-PR-171016-000973.
Shriram Blue RERA Registration Number is PRM-KA-RERA-1251-446-PR-180728-001966. I will personally recommend you to check all the approvals first and then go for any of them.

Assetz Marq by Assetz Property Group, located in Whitefield, Bangalore is an under construction project and offering 2 and 3BHK residential apartments. Its variants are available from 1222 - 1277 sq.ft (Super-built-up area) in 2BHK, and 1496 - 1639 sq.ft (Super Built-up area) in 3BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.6135 per sqft. This project is under completion as 75 percent work has been completed. As per the developer, it possession date is December 2018.

On the other hand, Shriram Blue is a prelaunch project located Whitefield Extension, Off Old Madras Road (KR Puram), East Bangalore.
