Hello Francis, As the developers website mentioned that it is a ready-to-move-in project, then must follow the state RERA rules. As it is a RERA Registered project and its RERA Registration number is PRM-KA-RERA-1251-310-PR-170915-000281. So, they will must follow the RERA guidelinnes.
Yes, it is a RERA approved project and all approvals are in place. As per RERA rules builder could not get Completion Certificate until and unless they complete the project on time and per the approved plan. I am sure if it is a ready-to-move-in project, then they must received occupancy certificate.
