Vadgaon Maval can be a good option for you as the property rate here is quite affordable compared to other nearby localities such as Talegaon Dabhade, Naygaon, Dehu, Akurdi etc.
This locality comes under Gram Panchayat. AH47 passes through the centre of the locality. It also has close proximity to Bangalore-Mumbai Highway via Urse Talegaon Road. It is located 38 km towards north-west from district headquarters Pune and 120 km from state capital Mumbai. As you have mentioned your budget, in this range there are lots of 2 BHK flats for sale in Vadgaon Maval. The average property rate in the locality is Rs.4340 per sq-ft.
