Well Rajiv,
It is a PMC approved project and almost all the leading bankers and financial institutions are providing loan. Few of them are ICICI, BOM and Axis Bank.
This locality was a part fo Gram panchayat for many years due to sorrounding factories but finally PMC has taken under it and few development has started. It is around 1-2 kms away from Vadgaon station, but you get share auto rickshaw from railway station. It is in close proximity to IT Parks at Kharadi and Magarpatta City. Therefore, there will be a strong rental demand as well. 3-5 yrs of investment period will give you a high return.

Hello Rajiv,
The project site is on the main road touching Kothrud Devu Rd Bypass Highway. It is well known place of Pune. All the basic facilities such as schools, colleges, hospitals and markets are within 1km radius. Road connectivity is also good in this locality. This locality was a part fo Gram panchayat for many years due to sorrounding factories but finally PMC has taken under it and few development has started.

Thanks for the information,
It is heard that they are giving its possession after six months. Can i booked my units in it? Is there any discounts they are offering?

Yes, you are absolutely right,
They are giving possession for the property after six months i.e. October'2014. yes there is still few units left in 2BHK but only one units in 1BHK from 639 sqft is for booking. If you bargain convincingly there is a chance of good negotiation.
