What is the current asking rate for ATS Knightsbridge, Noida?

Q: Hi, i am looking for a big size 4 BHK flat in ATS Knightsbridge, Sector-124, Noida? Can anybody provide me the details of this project?

ATS Knightsbridge is offering two types of Payment plan. Under Construction Linked plan, one has to pay 10% on booking (to be completed in 30 days, 10% within 60 days from the date of booking, 10% within 90 days from the date of booking, 5% on completion of 1st floor slab, 5% on completion of 6th floor slab, 5% on completion of 10th floor slab, 15% on completion of 20th floor slab, 5% on completion of 25th floor slab, 5% on completion of 30th floor slab, 5% on completion of 35th floor slab, 5% on completion of 40th floor slab, 5% on completion of 45th floor slab, 5% on completion of structure, 5% on completion of External Plaster, 5% on completion of Internal plaster of walls, and 5% on offer of possession.

Yes, it is a RERA approved project and its RERA Registration number is UPRERAPRJ3574.
As far as local body is concerned, Noida Development Authority has approved this project and banks like HDFC, ICICI etc are funding this project.

It is offering 4 and 6 BHK residential apartments. Variants are available from 4005 sq.ft (carpet area) in 4 BHK while 6982 sq.ft (carpet area) in 6 BHK apartment. Its current asking rate is Rs.22472 on carpet area. A 4 BHK will cost you Rs.9 crore onward while Rs.15 crore for a 6 BHK apartments.
