Q: I am planning to invest in Raheja Vanya, Sector-99A, Gurgaon. Can anyone provide me the details of this project such as flat sizes, its rate, possession date, no of towers, no of units etc.?

In India investing in real estate has always been a great steps for Investors. residential property consist more preferable than others. You can give a residential property on rents to a family. This will generate income for you. In future you can resell it and earn profit. You ca also live in that residential property if it is up to your mark.

If you are planning to invest in property in Gurgaon, you can choose residential or commercial. if you choose it wisely, you can get good returns on your investment, higher capital appreciation, fixed income benefits and many more. But if you choose without concern or any due diligence, it can be risky. There is a huge chance to loose your hard earned money.

Sector-99A is a well-developed residential area in Gurgaon. Other prominent areas situated close to it are Sector 9, Sector 37C, Sector 37D, Sector 88, Sector 88A, Sector 89, Sector 99, Sector 102, Sector 103 and Sector 104. Sector-A is only 8.5 km from Rajiv Chowk, a busy road on the NH 8 and only 15 min drive from Hero Honda Chowk along the Dwarka Expressway on Pataudi Road. The Railway Station is located at a distance of 10 kilometers and is about 25 kilometers from Indira Gandhi International Airport via the Delhi- Expressway.

No, Raheja Vanya is coming into 5-phases namely Gulmohar Tower (Phase-I), Amaltaas Tower (Phase-II), Palash Tower (Phase-III), Chandan Tower (Phase-IV), Parijaat Tower (Phase-V) (Future Development). Gulmohar, Amaltaas & Palash Towers are G+19 whereas Chandan Tower is G+34.

As far as local body is concerned, building plan is approved by Directorate of Town & Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh. NOC Obtained Memo No. A-1-2016-NOC-06-163 Dt. 21.03.16 Office of the Administrator, HUDA, Gurgaon. And state RERA id is 18 OF 2017, 19 OF 2017.
Banks such as HDFC, LIC Housing Fin, DHFL, PNB, SBI, ICICI etc are offering loan for it.
