Provident Capella is a newly-launched project by Provident Housing Limited situated in Whitefield, Bangalore. It offers 1 RK, 1, 2, and 3 BHK residential flat ranging from 430 - 1100 sq.ft. Sizes are available from 360 sq.ft for 1 BHK, 550 sq.ft for 2 BHK, 640 sq.ft for 3 BHK and 260 sq.ft for 1 RK (Studio Apartment). Its current asking rate is Rs.6139 per sq.ft on built-up area. A 1 BHK flat will cost you Rs 34.99L onward, for 2 BHK, you have to pay Rs.44.99 lakh onward and for a 3 BHK flat, approximate cost will be Rs.56.99 lakh onward. As per the developers, its expected date of possession will be December-2023.
