Q: I am looking for an apartment in Keshav Nagar and got to know about the Mantra Insignia, can any one provide the information related to this project ?

Hi,
Yes of all the places so far I have come across for real estate as far as Pune is concerned. Mantra Properties is most chosen real estate developer and they have many project to choose across Pune. Mantra Insignia is one of the project that I visited last week with my family, it have wonderful amenities and great connectivity to nearby utilities. Phase 1 is almost completed and phase 2 is in progress. Good project as per the facilities are concerned all the facilities are provided as per modern standard.

Yes, Pune Municipal Corporation has approved Mantra Insignia and all the leading banks are offering loan for this project. As far as RERA approval is concerned, P52100001326 is RERA registration number.

Mantra Insignia is an under-construction project by Mantra Properties situated at Mundhwa, Pune. It offers 2, and 3 BHK residential apartments. Variants are available from 467 sq.ft (carpet area) in 2 BHK, and 632 sq.ft (carpet area) in 3 BHK apartments. A 2 BHK will cost you Rs.43 lakh onward while for a 3 BHK apartments, you have to pay Rs 55 lakh onward. As per developer, its possession date will be on December 2023.

As per my recent visit at Mantra Insignia I came to know that mantra insignia phase I is a completed project people are living their and mantra insignia phase 2 has been launched. About mantra insignia Phase 2 it has 2 and 3 bhk apartments, that gives you maximum useable space, excellent ventilation, and a terrace that runs across the entire length of your living and dining rooms. And as far as amenities concern it have gymnasiums, indoor game areas, swimming pool, library, dedicated co-working spaces for residents, open green space for fresh air. Along with the amenities this project have easy-going connectivity to nearby important places like corporate offices, malls, schools, hospitals and etc
