Q: I am looking for an apartment in Keshav Nagar and got to know about the Mantra Insignia, can any one provide the information related to this project ?

Mantra Insignia is one of the project that I visited last week with my family, it have wonderful amenities and great connectivity to nearby utilities. Phase 1 is almost completed and phase 2 is in progress. Good project as per the facilities are concerned all the facilities are provided as per modern standard.

Q: Just visited Godrej Infinty site at Keshav Nagar,
Project is in full swing and nice location this will be next kharadi in next 5 years.

But there is issue of air pollution back side of this project.
on River side there is huge garbage dump which keep out burning complete day which causes air pollution in that area.
I found it is hard to deal with air pollution issue of burning garbage as it is dumping yard of keshavnagar.
