Q: what are the future prospects of price appreciation and rental income in retail shops In south city -2 Gurgaon .

Latest Answer: Hi Rajesh, we would advice against investment in Retail shop at Unitech Arcadia. Occupancy is very low and even for those occupied the rental you may earn for a 200 sq.ft. shop is will be in the range of INR 10,000 Rs. Unless the commercial market picks up and more of the building is leased to corporate clients the shop occupancy is likely to remain low. Thanks, getSquareFeet.com
