Hi, i have a flat in Westgate B. After endless delays they are now giving the flats for fit outs. before that they have asked me to pay all the society charges and common area maintainance charges which i am ready to pay. but in my agreement they have mentioned the maintainance charges at rs 4.75/sq ft and now they are asking me to pay @ rs 6.50/sq ft. Have other members of this building paid these charges

Getting a copy of my agreement with Lodha, Aphrodite C 401.
Q: I had a flat in Aphrodite C 401 which was sold in 2009. I have lost a copy of my sale deed with Lodha pertaining to the said flat. Have tried reaching my new purchaser, society office as well. But no help. Can someone guide me where can I get this?Please advise.

Latest Answer: Hi Vijay Kumar, You can apply for the duplicate copy of the ale deed. All the information of your property will be available in the revenue department.
