Ofcouse you should be happy about the price appreciation possible due to the enhanced governance up on formation of new districts in Telangana. However, understanding that your property belongs to the residual district of Mahboobnagar after the formation of new districts would project a mild appreciation compared to Wanaparthi and Nagarkurnool. Also there is a mass sentiment of saturating power of districts in TS which may not be very fruitful for your property.
