Q: How is the locality of Udayamperoor? I’ll be moving in there soon, and I heard there are some garbage dumping issues there. Can I get some more details, so that I can be well prepared beforehand?
Latest Answer: I know :( The police are also asking the resident’s association in this area only, to help set up those cameras that you were talking about. Arey, even autorickshaws ply at night and dump waste here. At this rate we are really worried that there might be a disease outbreak or something. Its not at all hygienic :(

Q: I heard that they are finally doing something about the congested Vaikom road. Is it true? Honestly it seems too good to be true for me.

Latest Answer: Yes but I think what the authorities have come up with for the land acquisition is interesting. They have claimed that whoever surrenders their land without charging anything will receive Transfer of Development Rights (TDR), which basically means that they will enjoy certain privileges in building rules throughout the state.
