Latest Answer: thanks for your reply subramanium, my AD on CF for past 10 days but response not as i expected. i am in doubt that my price might be higher than market price. i marked this price based on some of the similar AD's from this location. anyone here can give recommended price. my current rental earning from this house is around 60,000 RS per month. but i am packing up for abroad settle.
