Q: Hi,

I am looking for some information related to Ashok Vihar Phase 2 Gurgaon. Is the area authorized? What is the average per sq ft price?

Will it be advisable to buy a 2BHK flat over there in an around 28L??

Latest Answer: Ashok Vihar Phase II is one of the posh area it is very close to Udyog Vihar and Palam Vihar area. It is well connected with all important places of the City. I feel the price Rs 28 lakhs is okay for a 2 bhk in this locality.
