Q:Is it a good idea to invest in another (second) 2 BRHK flat in Kothrud, Pune, even at age of 58 years, and to give it on rent to get monthly income (and also capital appreciation)? Please advise. Thanks & Regards!
Latest Answer: Investing in property would be anytime a better option. A Family member has made bookings at tata value homes at Pune and they are quite satisfied. Also the hassle is less with the option of online booking.
