Q:Dear All,I have visited this site, I found people got possession but the basic need not even provided by this builder, The construction quality is worst, Builder management, Staff at site are arrogant. Water , generator back up, security, cleanliness, amenities are not provided by builder. Builders are not capable for project.

It really depends on the builder in any era. I think many of the newer homes being built have lots issues of concern too. The horror stories I hear are more about new homes than older homes. And certainly the quality of the builder and materials (and budget) have a lot to do with the quality of the home. It's a matter of economics- what a builder was willing to spend, or what a buyer was willing to spend. Builders had to meet a price-point objective, buyers buy on perceived value.
