Latest Answer: I really like Kalamassery! This place has got great infrastructure, growth potential and something about it that makes it very homely. It's also got the Edapally waste disposal site which I'm not really boasting about but at least the waste is disposed somewhere! Finally there's a way to treat non biodegradable waste in this dumping ground. And don't worry about the metro rail project affecting the real estate negatively. This area has a lot of scope for appreciation rise and that's precisely what's going to happen :)
