Is Vellalore as a best option to invest in real estate??
Q: I am thinking of checking out Vellalore as an option to invest in real estate. What is the status on new integrated bus stand? will they shift dump yard to different location?

Does anybody Knows recent update of New Proposed Integrated Bust Stand in Vellalore, Coimbatore? Is buying Plot Worth?
Q: There is news regarding Integrated bus stand in Vellalore, Coimbatore. I am Planning to buy a residential plot of 3-4 cents in & around Podanur/Vellalore as an investment option. How wise it is? Is the place for bus stand is finalised in vellalore?

Latest Answer: Podanur is a really good locality to reside in. It is one of the most preferred residential localities in Coimbatore and also it is the costliest. Majority of the area in here is in the form of residential lands and plots and independent house, But there are also some high rise apartments here that have come up.A lot of investors are now interested in Podanur and are looking for property here. I think it would be a good idea to invest in this place.

Q: My colleague told me that they are making a new bus stand in Vellalore? A bus stand in the outskirts of the city? Any reason why all the way in Vellalore?

Latest Answer: But I heard that there is a huge garbage dumpyard right where the bus stand is supposed to come up. With the wake of the recent developments around the upcoming bus stand, the residents are calling for the removal of this 654 acre garbage dumpyard.
