Beware of buying flat in JC Abode, there are few hidden class in Sales Agreement with JC Abode.
he is very worst builder in an around Trichy and the highlight is terrace owend by the builder and flat owners not able to enjoy they are rights, keeps dominate
the current flat owner trying to sell their they are dreams and moving to other place for peace life. before take decision have a legal openion. Thanks

How much does it cost to build a 3 storey in a 2500sqft.?

Q:

3 bedroom + 2 washroom apartment in 3rd flr.
2 bedroom +2 washroom apt in 2nd floor.
2 bedroom apt in main floor\1st floor.
2 cars parking, bike parking.
in a 2500 sqft lot.

full interior work not required.
required only exterior structure done,interior = building bedrooms,kitchen, living rooms, bathrooms, plumbing inside and electrical inside.

any idea?

who are the builders? will they give a quote?

(main floor or 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor ) (3 bedroom, 2 br, 2 bd ) other details in previous message, how much would it cost ? just exterior structure & interior, without full interior done. any idea ??
