How can i convert my semi-commercial land to Residential land in chattisgarh
Q: Recently a master plan has arrived for Durg (chattisgarh). where its use is for Hospital, nursing home, marriage palace. now I want to convert it into Residential so it can be sold easily. Area- 4acres

Q: Hello Deewakar,
can you please help me for the same.
My flat cost is 11 lacs
but while doing registration ,builder is showing 8.92 lacs.
now for registr he wants 64000+33000 (service tex.) so aroung 1 lacs he wants frm me,
please suggest me.builder is wrong rght?

Latest Answer: Hi, The revised stamp duty and registration charges for 2014 in Chattisgarh is as follows: Stamp duty: 7.50% Registration charges: 1% The Registration & Stamp Duty is calculated on the total price of the property plus Car Park, Club House, Electirc Deposit Charge, etc. The amount Rs. 8.92 lacs is the BSP of the property. It means you have to pay stamp duty Rs.82500+11000(Registration charges)= Rs. 93500 on total cost of the property i.e. Rs.11 lacs.
