Property registration in Ranchi.
Q: What if the owner is not registering his property? Is there any idea how much percentage of land has not been registered?

Latest Answer: The urban development department of Ranchi is planning to charge owners a fine of Rs 2000 daily if they do not register their property within a given time. Almost 50 percent of the properties in the state has not been registered.
