Latest Answer: i made some investment in gaur atulyam project last year, the progress is slow but still sufficient to be happy with the project. i am expecting some price hike in coming months as project is moving towards completion and possession to start. but still i feel the progress in this project is not up to the expectations but as all other builders are also struggling at this time so its not so disappointing.
