Latest Answer: Hi All, I have bought a property.... the plan and approach is good, but the Commitment provided to the customers are not Met. The construction was supposed to get completed by April 2014 and rental should start from April.. but till now the construction is not started and the when followed up, we are updated that they are having approval challenges..... Later stage by Nov 14 they sent communication for regretting the delay and agreed to Pay 8500/month like and gave first payment... Later there were no update and payment,..... With this current situation, There is no solid commitment and customer satisfaction is NIL --- When we approach their Management ---- There is no update even after continues followup ....
